How to request account deletion

1. Tap Request account deletion below, or email info@exocare.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

2. Include the email address registered to your ExoCare account so we can identify it.

3. Confirm you want your account and associated data permanently deleted.

4. You'll receive a confirmation reply, and your account is permanently deleted within 48 hours of our receipt of your request.

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently erase your ExoCare profile, caregiver profile, pets, care logs, feeding & weight logs, husbandry & vet records, growth photos, shedding/breeding/medication logs, bookings, messages, reviews, and any rehoming or lost & found posts you created.

Data that is kept & retention

Anonymized payment & transaction records are retained for 7 years as required for legal, tax, and accounting compliance. Background check records may be retained for up to 2 years per screening-provider and legal requirements. We otherwise delete all other data within 48 hours of your request.
